The Chanticleer Guest House is comprised of a turn of the century farm house and barn. All of our suites offer private entrances, private bathrooms, double whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and complete entertainment centers. A homemade breakfast is delivered to your door. The Granary Room has a queen sized bed and a deck that overlooks the flower gardens & meadows. Enjoy our heated pool in the summer months and our wooded walking trials all year. Centrally located in the heart of the Bay, only one block from waterfront activities, 3rd street downtown promenade, museums, restaurants & galleries. Please note that we may have availability even if the calendar shows booked, as we have 7 suites.

This is a walkout basement space with kitchenette. It has full windows, a private bath, kitchenette and a private entrance. There is a beautiful view overlooking the Bay Sunsets are wonderful! Add an additional fee of $40.00 per person in this space for guests over 2 people. I have one cot and one blow up mattress which can be set up. Stays of 28 days or more require a signed lease and security deposit
