This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom basement suite, located in a quiet, mature, suburban neighbourhood in North Edm. Please note that it is a basement suite and some upstairs noise is unavoidable. We definitely try to keep it down though! And the house is in a quiet neighbourhood. The closest shops are in Northgate Centre (Walmart, London Drugs, several food options). House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus stops in area and close to Clareview LRT for special events. Parking is available and plug-ins can be provided during winter months. Entrance is through owners front door with access code and then head downstairs to the rental suite.
