This villa offers a very special vacation experience, and we (two families) spent a wonderful week here in October. The Villa has a spectacular setting on a hillside with an expansive view of the ocean and surrounding area. All aspects of this Villa are maintained in pristine condition - the interior spaces, furniture, pool, and the spectacular garden landscaping surrounding the home. Tatiana is a very responsive and friendly host, and offers great recommendations and booking support. Car rental is essential for the Villa. There is a beautiful beach walking distance away, but most sites, restaurants and shopping require a car.

La mia esperienza in questa casa è stata assolutamente perfetta. La casa era incredibilmente confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere erano spaziose e pulitissime, il salotto accogliente e la cucina ben attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il giardino, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro arrivo e consigliandoci i migliori posti da visitare nei dintorni. Ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre domande e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in Sardegna.

Mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas. La casa es preciosa y no le falta detalle. Teníamos hasta toallas extras para la piscina y para la playa. Las camas son súper cómodas y la zona de la piscina se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito de la casa :) Gabriele fue un anfitrión excelente - simpático, atento, detalloso y muy flexible con la llegada. Nuestro vuelo tuvo 4 horas de retraso y llegamos de madrugada. Gabriele se las ingenió para que pudiéramos entrar y nos compró cosas básicas para el desayuno. ¡Servicio 5 estrellas!

Jolie maison très bien aménagée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la region et pour découvrir les plages. Je recommande vivement cette location. Fiorenzo est un hote de confiance très disponible.

This place is highly recommended! Beautiful house, loads of comfortable details, calm area, very close to the beach! Perfect to stay if you rent a car and you make this place your base or if you like to have really peaceful days in a paradise. We were friends of 9 and the house and place matched our needs to have relaxed breakfasts on the terrace, sunbathe in the garden, go for a swim in the sea, whenever you feel like and to have cosy nights talking on the terrace. Kitchen had everything you need. Even a bbq in the garden. There are enough toilets and bathrooms for a bigger group. Plenty of towels also for the beach. Paola, Nikola and family are very helpful and fantastic hosts. Very flexible and lovely people. Communication and support during the stay are provided. This makes everything easy. I really would like to return soon again. It is a marvellous place with great hosts.

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!! Wir waren im Oktober mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in der Villa Floridiana. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung ist wunderbar, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf’s Meer und den Torre di Chia ist wundervoll. Wir haben uns gleich von Beginn weg sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min. mit dem Auto) liegt ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Strand (Spiaggia Dune di Campana) wo man auch Liegen inkl. Strandtücher mieten kann. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Simo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Seine Kommunikation war hervorragend. Ein grosses Dankeschön auch an Marialuisa, die uns das Haus absolut makellos übergeben hat. In der Mitte der Woche gab es nochmals einen Reinigungsservice und die Gärtner kümmerten sich um den Garten und Pool. Wir können Villa Floridiana auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Barbara. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles ist wie beschrieben. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde diese immer schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, absolut ruhig und ohne Einsicht gelegen. Auch die Supermärkte in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen und hatten eine gute Auswahl auch an glutenfreien Lebensmitteln. Es ist einfach traumhaft vor allem die Aussicht zu fast allen Seiten.

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Nous avons également bien dormi car la literie est de qualité.. Je recommande cette jolie maison sans problème d autant que l accueil avec le sourire de TIZIANA est impeccable.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Un emplacement de rêve, le paradis. La mer est Accessible à pied , le jardin est bien entretenu. Antonella est adorable et très disponible. Le seul bémol de la maison est les ustensiles de cuisine, Gabriele a été réactif à tous nos messages et requêtes. Je vous conseille vivement cette maison .

Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Un super séjour, dans une villa très agréable et adapté pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants. Villa propre, apaisante, décoration simple mais efficace, extérieure très agréable et petite terrasse sur le première étage. Beaucoup de confort pour le sejour, très simple et très fournis pour commencer les vacances sans stress. La communication était facile et réactive. Petit bémol pour la piscine par rapport à l'époque de notre séjour (début Avril). Une eau un peu chauffé aurait été le TOP pour en profiter d'avantage. Merci à vous

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, notre hôte Cristina a été très accueillante. Le lieu est calme et assez isolé. La maison est conforme aux photos, l'espace extérieur est grand et on a pu bien en profiter. La piscine est un plus car il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour. Il était difficile de rafraîchir la maison, mais chaque chambre bénéficie d'un ventilateur. Pour accéder aux belles plages du sud il faut compter environ 30min. Merci encore pour votre accueil !
