You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Hi, This is an excellent apartment for families and friends. It has all kind of equipment for childrens also. The apartment has a real family feeling with all natural belongings. It is really close to Kista Galleria which is a major city mall. Only 20min to Stockholm C with train. And also only 20min with car or flight bus from Arlanda airport. This is a friendly neighborhood and a great place to relax for christmas holiday. I will always be avaiable for anything you need. See you soon :)
