Baltzor Farm and Guesthouse is fewer than 2 miles from some of Bend's amazing breweries and restaurants. Smith Rock and Mt. Bachelor are both within 30 minutes of the guesthouse. Catch a concert, float the Deschutes, or go on a bike ride. Our relaxing farmhouse has rustic, old-world charm with all of the modern amenities, including a soaking tub, waterfall showerhead, soft linens, and Starlink.

SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Our beautiful 1900 sq. ft. Home, is the perfect spot for your vacation. Our kitchen has every gadget, and upscale appliances to create gourmet meals. King master upstairs, and 2 queen bedrooms down, share a bathroom. We have bikes and ping pong and TV in the garage. A Weber BBQ on the deck, with a sparkling, bubbling hot tub. Decks face both east and west, so morning sun, and evening sunsets. Dog friendly! (2 dog limit). Warm up by our big fireplace after a fun day skiing at Mt. Bachelor.

This home has 6 bikes for your use to ride throughout Sunriver and a hot tub to relax you when you are done. This home includes 6 SHARC passes.

Sunriver Siesta near the Sunriver Resort has views of the 9th hole at the Meadows Course. This is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. The ground level studio sleeps 2 on the queen sized bed and 2 children on the sleeper sofa. Additional features include: Kitchen equipped with stainless steel speed cook oven/microwave, 2 burner cook top, and a mini refrigerator (no freezer). Dine at the 2 counter seats or 2-top dining table.
