Affacciato sul meraviglioso lago di Silvaplana, al piano terra di un bel complesso residenziale appartamento con giardino e parcheggio privato a pochi passi da tutto: dalle piste di fondo, dal lago per windsurf e kitesurf ,Mulets sportzentrum e parco giochi bimbi .Perfetto per sportivi e famiglie . Ingresso, cucina, camera matrimoniale e con letto a castello, salotto con divanoletto. Bagno con lavandini doppi. Free wi-fi, tv, biancheria letto e bagno, lavatrice e asciugatrice: zona lavanderia.

Situato a Silvaplana, nel cuore dell'Engadina, a soli 10 minuti di auto da St. Moritz e dalle principali stazioni sciistiche della valle, tranquillo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Subito fuori dalla residenza si trova la fermata dei bus con collegamenti a tutta l'Engadina e Chiavenna e della navetta gratuita per il comprensorio sciistico Corvatsch. Supermarket, panetteria, bar, ristoranti e centro sportivo sul lago (piste di pattinaggio, hockey, kite e windsurd) raggiungibili a piedi.

Relaxing hideaway with whirlpool

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.

Charming apartment in Silvaplana + warm parking

The Apartment is located near Silvaplanasee and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and a famous spot for Kite Surfing! The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away. The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

Bright and stylish, central, modern studio - C5

Right in the centre of St. Moritz. Cosy centre apartment (24 m2) with parquet floor, double bed (160 x 200) and fully equipped kitchenette (two hotplates). Public bus and mountain railways reachable in one minute. No panoramic view. Hip Wine Bar in the same building. Uncomplicated self-check-in with lockbox at the entrance. Car: Apartment has no parking space. Public car park is 1 minute away.

Perfect place for two , just renewed.

Very comfortable and large studio apartment , perfect for two persons ( 42 mq ). It has been just renewed: new wood floor, new bed, new armchairs, new furniture ,everything freshly painted. Full of light and with a nice view. Very close to the ski slopes and cross country skiing. Very close to the lake and to many beautiful itineraries .Private inside parking.

Chesa Silva - Attic Lake View

La Mansarda di circa 100 metri quadrati dispone di un amplio salotto con zona soggiorno e pranzo. Camino, accesso al balcone e splendida vista sui laghi e sul Corvatsch. Amplia cucina.
