The room is the only bedroom on this level in my split-level flat, so has the feel of a self-contained flat. You'll be sharing the flat with me, your host - an advertising professional It is newly refurbished with new carpets, all new furniture and beautifully decorated with interesting artifacts. The double bed comfortably sleeps 2 and the luxurious mattress, duck feather pillows, cotton bed linen, egyptian cotton towels will ensure that you get a good night's sleep. You'll have your own bathroom with underfloor heating for that little luxury and sole access to a very pretty, sunny and tranquil terrace. Fire up the barbecue after a day visiting London and make the most of the bright summer evenings on the sunny terrace. This tranquil bungalow has been completely renovated to a high standard, boasting a fresh, modern style and open-plan living. I may require guests to provide a sufficient form of ID after the booking has been accepted. The sofa bed is only provided with bedding if more than 7 people. Very convenient for Epsom, Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon & Central London We live locally so are able to deal with any queries quickly and are pleased to recommend restaurants and venues. This is a quiet neighbourhood with convenience stores close by. The centre of London is just a short train ride away. It is also an easy drive to place such as Chessington World of Adventures, Epsom Race Course, and Hampton Court Palace. Lots of buses within a 2 minute walk. Tolworth train station within 1 mile with frequent trains to London. If you require a cot (bedding provided) or a high chair please let us know in advance of your stay.

We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.
