The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

Small, non destructive dogs are very welcome and whilst our accommodation is ideal for couples our comfortable sofa bed is also perfect for children or a third adult. A self contained part of our home including a well appointed kitchenette, as well as a beautiful bathroom with luxury fittings and toiletries for your use.

Woodpecker Lodge is situated on the edge of our family home,in the beautiful village of Frampton. The apartment is located on the first floor of our newly built garage. It has a very spacious, modern feel whilst being nestled in countryside. If you enjoy walking and nature, this is the perfect place for you. A 40 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car and you will arrive at Frampton Marsh, where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the views.

Luxury Shepherds Hut in West Norfolk

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.
