Melbourne is a beautiful Georgian market town bordering the new forest and a short drive away from the peak district and the derbyshire dales. The town offers its boutique style shops, many pubs, bars and restaurants. A must see is Melbourne hall, historic house and gardens with a stroll around mill pool. Local to East Midlands Airport and Donnington race circuit.

Bathroom, kitchenette at one end of the living area with room for extra bed. Easy to reach East Midlands Airport and station, whilst Nottingham Uni's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!).
