Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkunurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Pakun Viljandi nautlejatele kodust majutust. Korter sobib ideaalselt kahele, aga mahutab diivani abil ka rohkem magajaid. Et külastada kesklinna kohvikuid, tuleb vaid Tartu tänava mäest üles minna. Kes mäkke ronida ei soovi, leiab lähedusest veel paremad sportimistingimused - ümber järve kulgevale terviserajale võib suunduda peaaegu et otse voodist! Lisaks on lähedal padeli- ja tenniseväljakud jms. Hoovis leiate puukuuri tagant terrassi ja privaatse aianurga, kus saab nautida ilusat ilma.

The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

A place with fascinating history - over 90 years old former schoolhouse surrounded with nature. Now here is a basecamp for hikers and a vacation place for families and groups of friends. Our family lives in one part of the house, separately from guests. And we take only one booking at a time. Since our main activity is to arrange canoe trips and nature hikes - we are glad to organize you a canoe trip and introduce you local hiking trails, forests, bogs and sight-seeings.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
