The Suwannee River Rest & Adventures

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Cookout, relax, fish & kayak (included) alongside the Withlacoochee River. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

On this property you are surrounded by over a dozen Florida Springs. Unlike the crowded public springs that require weekend reservations, here you’ll enjoy private access to several springs—including the Ichetucknee River—for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in nature’s beauty. Leave the stressful world behind and recharge in this one-of-a-kind sanctuary filled with crystals, natural beauty, and relaxing vibes. Please note: being in the forest means you may encounter bugs and wildlife.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis just mins to Royal Springs. Only a few minutes drive to Royal Springs, or a 30 min scenic walk. We’re also on a private grass strip airfield in case you’d like to fly in with your private plane! Bring your golf cart, boat, or side by side, for a trip that will be talked about for years to come! Also with the airstrip being right out back, look up at the stars! Star gazing is out of this world! RV site on property also available with hookups.

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Located in the Three Rivers Estates you will have access to the 9 gated parks including boat ramps on the Santa Fe and Suwannee Rivers, Itchetucknee Spring tube run, a fishing park, many kayak launch points, 15 min to High Springs, restaurants, shopping, 30 min to Gainesville, UF
