Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Private viewing platform with floating dock right on the water. 4 Bedrooms & sleeps 9 with ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.
