Perhaps best location in Szczecin! The apartment is located directly next to the Pomeranian Castle with 2 minute walk to the heart of the Old Town, 3 minute walk to the Bulwary promenade and 5 minute walk to Waly Chrobrego as well as city center. Very unique two-level apartment with living room, kitchen and half bathroom on the top and the bedroom with full bathroom on the bottom. Thanks to the convertible sofa, it provides sleeping arrangement for 4. Spacious and comfortable. Free parking!!

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable small pets are welcome. Modern und praktisch eingerichtetes 2 Zimmer-Appartement liegt zentral im schönen Ostseebad Sellin, unweit der Strände und dem Zentrum mit Restaurants, sowie Supermarkt, Bäcker und kleinen Shops. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 min zur bekannten Seebrücke bzw. zum Nordstrand und ca. 10 min zum Südstrand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und zentraler Lage in der Luftbadstraße.

I provide a 60m2 apartment located on the top floor, south-west oriented with a large balcony overlooking the seaside district. The apartment is equipped with the necessary equipment. A separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room will be optimal for 2 and max 4 people. I provide one parking space in the underground garage for the apartment.
