Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! It was our first time to book a cabin type of listing with a picturesque view of Taal lake and the back of Taal volcano and Tagaytay ridge. The place is private, serene with lots of nature sounds; calming, picturesque perfect for IG shots and very uniquely designed as a cabin type of house with touch of modernity!! Despite the kitchen and dining area outside they were spotlessly clean and free of mosquitoes. The caretaker is very accomodating and friendly. Wifi is reasonably fast. Beds are clean and comfy. Only toilet could have a bidet. The best part of the place are their outdoor pools and lounge area perfect for the sunrise or sunset view worthy of an IG post!!! Its very beautiful, calming, relaxing and peaceful indeed!!! Just an hour and a half drive from Manila via slex but the route could be off the grid from Lipa so make sure to follow the instructions well from the Cheyenne. Thanks for giving us this one of a kind unique experience!!!

Best place for a staycation with very nice view. 👍elevators are working (unlike the other towers 😬). there are supermarkets nearby, convenient stores, laundry, restaurants, gelato hehe.. everything is working fine, never had an issue. nice couch for movie marathon; bed... not that soft 😅 equipment and utensils we need for cooking and eating were mostly available. responsive host 👍complete instruction was given prior to check-in The unit is neat and clean. However, the shower needs more attention- mold buildup. Also, being close to the main road, you can hear loud vehicles passing by at night. overall, nice weather, nice view, nice unit, nice everything :)

2nd time to checked in here and it is still the same. Still clean and beautiful. You can clearly see the taal from the veranda. I also love the lightings and the place itself. Honesty store is a savior if you suddenly want some food / beverage.

Beautiful and clean place. Everything is new. Had a bit of confusion (no clear insteuctions) with checked in , but was cleared out when we called Ms Mylene. Overall one of the best units to rent in Pico

The location is perfect, close to so many restaurants, supermarket, coffee and milk tea shops. Most important is the view, it's immaculate - the living room and master bedroom windows are right in front of Taal, it's unbeatable. Place is clean, comfortable, and homey. We even got a treat for our Mother's day celebration. Thank you for having us, will definitely recommend and come back.
