This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Two bedroom cottage 2 blocks from Goose island state park. No fishing license is needed in Goose island state park. We are on a peninsula surrounded by 3 bays. Whooping crane nesting nearby and over 450 species of birds migrate and live in the area. Fishing and boat ramps along the water and in Goose island state park. Goose island state park and Fulton have lighted piers. Great fishing under the Copano bay bridge. There are 2 queen beds, air mattress will fit in living area.
