Overall great experience value for money though some of the bulbs in the room for example like the bathroom wasn’t working and the balconey but smooth check in no issues at all.

First time to visit Pico De Loro and it was perfectly amazing kasi sulit na sa lugar mas pinasulit pa nung sa place pa ni Ma’am Jem kami nakapag stay. Sobrang bait ng mga tao, hindi lang sa caretakers kundi lahat ng mga crews and members sa Pico. We are looking forward na makabalik sa Pico together with our family na para mas masaya :) Thank you Ma’am Jem, for accommodating us and thank you sa pagtulong sa akin sa last minute errands kahit gabi na hihihi

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

We had a very good stay at Sir Ron’s place. He and Kenney were very helpful and hospitable throughout our entire stay, making sure all our needs were taken care of. We will definitely come back!

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

It's an amazing place to stay. More than the place, it's really the warm welcome and excellent customer service from Jenn and her family. It's the homey family-like vibe during our 2D1N stay in their place. Super kudos to Jenn, Rosalie and John! We even had our surprise treats! Big thanks! 🤩🥰😍

It's our second time spending our company outing at Gabie's place. The entire place is extremely spacious, with several rooms for all of us to have groups in private quarters of our own. The beach front is gorgeous. The sunsets are always so breathtaking and the water is beautiful and still. It's private so there's no noise and we get it all to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked, the caretakers are absolutely amazing and helpful. There's a Selecta store right across the place which makes buying things easier for us. The only cons that we have are the signal and wifi. We have no signal at all, which is a plus if you don't want to be bothered, but it was also a struggle for us to communicate. The wifi is mostly concentrated near the kitchen and didn't really reach our rooms near the beach. There are also stingless jellyfishes (lesser this time), but there's another larger kind that stung my sister. Still a gorgeous place. Well maintained and we loved coming back! Always recommend

Cute space for a studio unit equipped with extra blankets, towels, dishwashing soap, drinking water, and kitxhen utensils. Very cozy, arrived with functioning aircon and refrigerator. Host was responsive as well to ensure we have the right info for self-in.

The condo is just a short walking distance from the pool. It was as described. The sliding walls on the bedroom provided added privacy if you wanted to sleep while the kids game on the living room and open it up if you want to have the condo be more spacious. I like that the kitchen has all the things one might need for light cooking, the big stainless strainer was a plus for lobster/crab steaming. It also has a big ref to store all the drinks you want and more food. Hot water heater is nice and working well. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you SEE Condominiums!

Thank you, Lhanie! We truly enjoyed our stay. She was very responsive to all my inquiries and graciously allowed us a late check-out so we could pack up comfortably. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked great. The bathrooms were also spotless, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The place really made everything more convenient for us. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Ronna is responsive and her place has great views. You can see the mountains, clubhouse and the beach from the balcony. The balcony is also spacious — great for family dinners.

As a frequent visitor in Pico De Loro, I must say that the unit was spacious and clean, the condo is very near the swimming pool. Communication with Ms. Florecita was easy and she was very responsive. Water pressure was good up to the second floor. Internet was intermittent and TV only had one channel during our stay, however, we were not really bothered because primary intention is to unwind and enjoy the sun, sea, and sand. Will definitely go back. Unit is two-thumbs up!

Super Lage, alles was an Mariannes Möglichkeiten gelegen hat perfekt! Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die schlechte Internetverbindung, das zum großen Teil nicht vorhandene Mobilfunknetz und die mangelhafte Professionalität des Pico Managements in Bezug auf Trinkwasser während der Hochsaison!

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.
