Everything was as seen in the listing. My relatives enjoyed their stay and told me that they would be booking this unit again.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

Great location with restaurants, gas stations, and shops nearby for local treats. The rooftop is spacious and safe, with lots of greenery around. Check-in was easy, and though it's on the third floor with no elevator, the stairs were manageable. You get one assigned parking slot only, right outside the gate—very convenient. Wi-Fi is provided, and there are plenty of lighting options—bright or cozy, your choice. I slept well here. You might hear the occasional car pass by, but it's barely noticeable, especially when watching a movie or relaxing.

The place was very affordable! If you want somewhere to stay in Tagaytay, this might be the best place for you. They also have a restaurant downstairs so you wouldn't need to worry to look for a place to eat. Our small family spent New Year's Eve here in their place and we felt really welcome, as if we are part of their family. That's how accomodating and kind they are. You would really feel like home on their place. Also, the place was very clean and very spacious. They have free netflix on their TV. Kitchen utensils and cookwares are complete. We had no problem with our stay in Frangel's Transient. In fact, we really enjoyed our stay. We really recommend this place! We would definitely be back here!

The place was in a convenient location and overall fairly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the host—she was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was missing some basics like a kitchen towel, and there was only one electric socket in the kitchen area, which made using multiple appliances a bit tricky. It also would’ve been great to have some slippers available for guests.

My family loved the place especially the pool. The water of the pool was not that cold that time. The place seems under renovation, so it needs more cleaning and there are some cigarette butts on the shower area of the pool. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced or fixed, especially the sofa. But overall, we had a great time staying at Tara’s place. Tara is very responsive and helpful :)

Karlo’s place was spacious and exactly as described. Our toddler loved the playground and the pool, while our dogs enjoyed having a large area to roam around. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the room felt even more spacious in person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families with kids and pets.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Had a delightful stay here! Place looks like as advertised. The place is clean, and is complete with utensils and kitchenware. Toilet is a bit tight but is complete with hot shower. Another good thing is you can order thru delivery from a nearby restaurant, so if you didn't bring any food to cook, there is something to eat. Entry to the place is a bit challenging due to the tight road space and the gradient of the road, but any experienced driver can go through it. Caretakers are responsive and very helpful! Definitely had a nice stay here, and will recommend this to other people.

We are happy with our stay at Neil’s place. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect place for us. It’s quiet and peaceful, modern house and complete amenities. In terms of location in Tagaytay, it’s 15mins away from pink sisters and other main attractions. I would recommend this place for small groups / family. We would love to stay again in this place.

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Recommend for those who want to have a staycation in a peaceful area. A plus to those who love to read books. Very responsive host.

Host was very responsive and considerate of my request. Unit is very clean, cozy and toddler friendly which is very important to keep toddler busy during the stay. Care taker kuya Nhedz is polite and welcoming too.. Thanks you, we will come back again

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

This place is truly a treasure. For under 50 USD, you can wake up to a breathtaking view of fog rolling in as the sunlight gently filters through the 180-degree windows in the master bedroom. The building is situated in the heart of the city, yet it offers a perfect blend of privacy, security, and much-needed peace. A supermarket, pharmacy, several restaurants, bars, and even a hospital are just a short walk away. Maria Morna and her caretaker, Olen, were incredibly attentive. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were exactly as described. A huge plus: parking space! I can definitely see myself reserving this property again for our next getaway.

The place is exactly the same as what is listed. It was clean and complete. It fit our group and the host was kind enough to let us have another guest that exceeded the capacity. We were able to cook our food comfortably because their kitchen is complete with all the things that you need. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows and the toilets were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, additional points is that they have board games and toys that kept our kids occupied while we prepared our food. We will definitely come back. :)

I had a great experience during my stay! The service was excellent—the staff member we contacted was very responsive and always willing to assist us whenever we had questions. The location is also a big plus, with tourist spots nearby and open parking lots available, which made things very convenient. I also appreciated the food setup—everything was stored in the fridge or cabinet, ready for us to purchase and enjoy whenever we wanted. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!
