A wonderful holiday home that was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, clean and tidy, very comfy beds, everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Was a perfect spot for a relaxing family weekend away. The house was well equipped with games and water equipment which the kids loved! Even caught a Brim! Inclusions and exclusions were well advised and our stay was extremely comfortable.

Her home is in a beautiful part of the Adelaide Hills and is very quiet and restful. Accommodations were top of the mark. She provided everything I needed to have a great vacation.

Lianne has thought of everything to make a holiday house comfortable and practical. Lovely outdoor areas to sit and relax and for the kids to play. The undercover outdoor area is private enough to sit out with a coffee in the morning in your PJs. The two toilets were very handy for a larger family or group. The property is beautifully renovated and maintained and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal or use the pizza oven outside, with handy extras in the pantry like oil, salt and pepper, glad wrap, foil cooking trays etc available. The house would also lend itself to longer stays, with plenty of parking and a full laundry. The house is a short walking distance to the river and the nature play space for children and it is also easy to ride a bike as it is very flat, even for little kids! Highly recommend. My three year old is already asking when we can go back!

What can I say, the minute we walked in we felt a wave of relaxation come over us. The property is situated in a beautiful part of South Australia, surrounded by farms and rolling hills, while being 20mins to the coast. The house sits on a slight hill allowing for views across farmland and beyond, while also providing spectacular sunrises. The house was huge, and very clean, with lots of room for our family to spread out and chill without being in each other’s way. The heated pool was also a big hit with everyone, especially the kids. It has everything you need to unwind and just enjoy. Mario was a fantastic host and was very accommodating to our needs, ensuring we had everything to make this stay 5 stars.

My wife and I have often passed though Tailem Bend on the way to Adelaide but have never really stopped to take in the beauty of the surroundings. This was the perfect place to do that we have stayed in many Airbnb in our travels, but this has been truely one of our favourite. First of all it has many things to do for a family, from out door games canoeing, fishing swimming. The accomodation it self is beautiful easily the most cleanest house we have stayed in beds were great. And there are so many small finishing touches on things that give it that next level of accomodation. Our only regret was not having more time there. The area itself is super quiet. highly recommend this accomodation anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away from daily life. Thanks again.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed Melanie's, the location was perfect for me as I love being outdoors with a camera in hand. The little jetty was perfect to sit and wait for pelicans and other birds to come by and had beautiful views. My daughter fell in love with house and surrounds saying it was her dream to have so many rooms and space outside for kids and dogs. We explored the region from here and it wasn't too far from anywhere. Thankyou Melanie
