Il est en plein centre ville de Kokubu. Le bâtiment nous appartient, dans lequel se trouve notre "Café Le parisien", un salon de coiffure et une boutique de vêtement. Quartier vivant avec une église, des restaurants et des commerces. Montagnes, parcs, source chaude et plages aux alentours. La gare a 15 min a pied
