From your front door you can access nature in minutes from cross country ski and hiking trails, to a vibrant wetland nearby. If exploration of the city is more your thing, you are less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Whitehorse, shops, nightlife and the Yukon experience. This 2 bed, 1 bathroom unit is newly built in 2019 and ready for you!

Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town, the suite is one bedroom, one bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs on to endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street parking is available in front of the house.

Our place is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
