There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

This condo is located in the Golf Colony complex which has its own private pool and hot tub and dedicated parking spot. PLUS Stillwaters amenity access to another pool, playground area, golf (extra fee), Copper’s Restaurant, Bluff Daiquiri Bar, tennis courts with pickle ball. Boat rental and Storage are available at Harbor Point Marina located in the community.

This lakefront condo offers waterfront view of Lake Martin, a dedicated boat slip and resort-style amenities, including a gated swimming pool with waterfall and water slide, tennis courts, golf, playground, and terrific local restaurants. Stillwaters is located only 30 minutes from Auburn. My condo features free wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces.
