The place was nice, it was in a cluster housing complex, but we felt very private and at home with our place. The staffs and security are super friendly, there are accessible markets near the place, and facilities was superb. Would recommend

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Sangat senang akhirnya Menemukan villa dengan fasilitas nyaman dan lengkap di area Tangerang.. yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Kamar besar-besar .. pool cantik dan menarik untuk sebuah acara private limited party. Mereka juga mem-provide BBQ dan Breakfast yang enak. Jika butuh es batu untuk acara, bisa order dulu sebelum check in. Mereka juga akan membantu menyediakannya. Owner sangat ramah dan membantu menjelaskan banyak hal.

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Ryan’s place is very homy, cozy, & clean. Strategic location, near Aeon Mall BSD, The Breeze, Cisauk train station, Intermoda market, Simplicity & The Icon Cluster, Serba Raja Toll Road, and Prasetya Mulya University. Ryan is a friendly & very communicative host. Highly recommended.

Rumahnya pas sudah sesuai, furniture lengkap semua, full AC juga. Proses check in cepat. Namun tdk ada TV & wifi tapi sebenarnya it's okay krn kami hanya menginap saat malam tahun baru jd lebih banyak diluar. Ke club house jg dekat bisa jalan kaki. Adrian as a host jg sangat responsif dan fast response. All good 👍🏻

Rumahnya bersih dan rapi. Fasilitas yang disediakan cukup lengkap, ada handuk bersih, sabun, dental kit, alat makan, galon air minum, sandal untuk di dalam rumah. Pak Meldi juga ramah orangnya dan responsif.
