The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away which takes you into beautiful Cotswold countryside. The Bakers Arms makes a good watering hole on this route. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Easy bus route to Cheltenham.

Minnow Cottage

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The Grade II Listed cottage is 300-350 years old with bags of character and authentic charm. It is very comfortable in the snug with its own wood burner and other original features. Go to sleep hearing the owls and wake up to the birds singing. Make breakfast and drink a cup of tea in the garden. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep including a lake very close by. We quite often see deer from our house.
