The Wheelhouse Inn - CROW'S NEST

The Crow's Nest is a standalone unit situated at the top of the property. It is the most spacious of our 5 accommodations with the biggest views. Every room has spectacular views over Tasman Bay to the ranges in the west. The Crow's Nest has 2 bedrooms ... the master with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, stove, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar and a full range of crockery and cutlery. From there you can move to the dining room or out on to the spacious balcony which has a bbq and outdoor seating for casual dining. The lounge has a flat screen tv, dvd and there is Free WIFI. The bathroom is upstairs with the master bedroom and has a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. Free parking is directly outside your accommodation and the whole unit is surrounded by native bush.

Hidden Holiday Cottage

A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. A great central location for Nelson, Motueka, Kaiteriteri and Nelson lakes. We are conveniently located right on the Great Taste cycle trail. Fully self contained cottage. Bay Cottage - Rototai

Relax at this tranquil getaway, No TV, just a symphony of birds, sea glimpses at this lush orchard 5 min from Takaka. Studio-style cottage, a beautiful, romantic escape with separate bathroom, kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave, bench top airfryer/oven & BBQ. Studio has 2 sunny decks. Drive 10 mins to Pohara Beach or 15 mins to Mussel Inn, Wharariki Beach + Abel Tasman only a short trip away. The property is part of a working orchard, more accomm , vehicles + people can be working onsite.

Kōtuku Cottage - spacious seclusion by the water

This quiet cottage is nestled amongst mature native trees in iconic Totara Avenue, 10 mins from Collingwood, and overlooking a tidal estuary and bush-clad hills, with the beach just over the road. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living area is private and sunny. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and two singles in a bunk. Kōtuku has a wooden deck along two sides, where you can sit and enjoy the view, or you can watch the tides from a private jetty.

Honey House at Ruru Nest

Nestled next to Kahurangi National Park, is the closest BnB to the Heaphy Track Great Walk and the awe-inspiring Oparara Arches. A remote, private garden retreat complete with Labyrinth and off-grid hot tub (advance notice and separate charge). This self-contained little house for 2 was once a Honey house. Next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Local food, nature connection walks available as extras to complete your stay.

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Hart Cottage - Delightful Setting, Richmond

Clean, warm and comfortable en-suite accommodation for up to 5 guests (the fifth guest will be accommodated on a trundler bed in the twin room, making it a triple) plus an infant in cot. Tucked away in a sunny corner of Richmond with its own private, fenced garden. A haven to return to after exploring our local vineyards, cafes, cycle trail, beaches and walks. Electric car charging available via a caravan plug and extension.

Nelson Coastal Barnstay - the Barn

Located in Tasman, between Mapua (10min drive) and Motueka (20 min). 30min drive to Kaiteriteri, gateway to the Abel Tasman National park, and the Great Taste Trail bike ride crosses the end of our drive. 10 minute walkway to the beach from the property. Lovely setting, ideal for a romantic getaway winter or summer, or for a family holiday. Kids will love our two alpaca, kune kune pig and chickens. Amazing views.
