The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Castle View Holidays (hot tub) Tattershall Lakes

Our beautiful Castle View holiday home with a sunken hot tub is at the beautiful Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Lots of fun things to do on the park as well as a perfect location for local attractions such as Tattershall Castle. We are located at the end of a quiet area with beautiful views of Tattershall Castle and the Castle Lake. We are a family run business running over 6 years with over 140 fantastic airbnb reviews. Our check in/out days during school holidays are Mondays & Fridays.

Ideal for cycling and fishing, with the River Witham and Cycle Route No. 1 only 300m away! Woodhall Spa is also home to England Golf and the famous Hotchkin course.

The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
