We have just returned from a super long weekend at the lodge. Glen was extremely tentative starting from the meet and greet explaining everything that you would need to know to ensure your stay is as good as possible to meet your needs. The hot tub is very well looked after by the staff on site on a daily basis. We were also very impressed with the welcome tray that Glen had prepared for us. The Lodge is in a beautiful location and kitted out with everything you would need along with a few surprises. We will definitely be going back again sometime in the near future. Thank you Sam for our lovely stay in your caravan. Our favourite stay at Tattershall so far. We absolutely loved being able to fish off the private deck and the hot tub was glorious. What an amazing location! The caravan was kitted out with everything we needed for the perfect home from Home stay. Comfy beds and bedding - good shower, smart TV, board games and books, DVD player with loads of DVDs. Sam even left some welcome gifts for us all including a bottle of wine, milk, sauces, sweet treats and squash etc. We would love to be able to return in the near future. Thanks for having us! Xx

Debbie is a wonderful, kind and communicative host. We were welcomed with a smile and she talked to us about all the wonderful surroundings such as the pub and nature reserve just down the road. The lodge itself was clean and well presented and the hot tub was absolutely enormous! I’d absolutely recommend the Lincoln Retreat for a getaway and we will certainly be back again soon! This place is absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are stunning and the place looks more incredible than the photos. The place was clean to a very high standard and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. Host was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the cottage, it was so cosy and we felt right at home. It was exactly as described, very peaceful surroundings and Charlotte left some great recommendations for us.

This house is in a fantastic location, you are so close to the beach, funfair, shops and arcades. Wolfies bar only a few doors down does great quality food. Nathan was a great host, informative and friendly. Love that the living space is upstairs. I would return to this property again.

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

Good location for visiting the surrounding area, beach close by. well kept site , enclosed garden a bonus for the dogs and some good walks close by.

Willow tree farm cottage was perfect. Lovely and clean with everything we could need. The table football in the kitchen was an added bonus and provided lots of fun. The BBQ hut is fantastic either for cooking or enjoying a glass of wine around the fire. Debbie was very friendly and helpful and we hope to return soon.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and connect with nature. The place itself was well maintained and had everything you could need. Stephen and Amber were wonderful friendly hosts, were always available to answer any questions or queries. Our group particularly loved the woodland walk to the beautiful lake watching all the birds. Finishing off with some food at the local café on the lake. The hot tub was a fabulous addition too. The livingroom was such a great space to relax and listen to all the bird song around us. All the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I cannot wait to revisit here after my baby arrives. Thank you Stephen and Amber for such a magical weekend.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Place was lovely, clean and relaxing. It was walkable to everything in the centre of town. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Owner sent a long list of things to do and see. Bonus that we could take our little pooch with us. Log burner looked amazing but we didn't have the need to use it. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

we had a lovely stay with our dogs. Juliet was very helpful and provided full and clear instructions for everything. the house, felt like home and is perfectly situated above the beach with far reaching views out to sea. a great decking area to sit out and enjoy but just as enjoyable sitting in the conservatory. the kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable and cosy to sit in. the lounge is great with plenty of comfortable seating and smart tv. there is a great area when you come through the back door that leads to the kitchen or downstairs to kick off your shoes and hang coats making it easy to enter the house without bringing the beach in. cannot stress enough how beautiful the views are and how relaxing the house is. the beach cafe nearby was great and the food was lovely. we are looking forward to coming again soon hopefully.

Absolutely beautiful we were a bit worried 16 of us sharing but it was so spacious and the rooms were spread out. The kids also loved the park and feeding the animals in a morning
