The Pod Over By

Our little family run luxury glamping pod has that 'close to nature' feel but with all the home comforts you need for a wee break away. Whether it be a few days exploring or just a much needed rest, you can enjoy the Scottish elements by day and cosy in at night with the underfloor heating toasting your feet. Our glamping pod is situated at the end of our garden. We will respect your privacy but you might get the odd hello from the neighbouring sheep and children may be playing in the garden.

The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
