There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & 1 full bathroom; 2 of the upper bedrooms are connected & you have to walk through 1 to get to the other. The main floor offers 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.
