loved the house! perfect location, close to downtown and right on the creeper trail! we come every year for an annual bike trip and look forward to staying again! thank you!

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

We love our stay in here. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This was a great location for visiting Damascus and just a short 5 minute drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay. The beds were comfy, the cabin was clean and very nice, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition! Definitely was able to rest and relax and everyone slept so well! I will for sure seek this place out for our next stay in the area.

We Had a very good experience staying here as a group of 11 planty of room cozy house hot tub felt great after a whole day or riding the trails.

Host was easy to work with and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay to ride the HMT, this is it. Well set up house, wash station, plenty of parking for trailers, easy access to almost all of the trail systems and access to the Outlaw trails. And a pool to relax in after a day riding! This will be our go to place for HMT trips!

Great location and the pool and fire pit were the perfect amenities to end a day of riding! The host was very responsive and made planning our trip, getting trail passes, check in, and check out seamless. We couldn’t find any extra supplies at the house (ie paper towels, trash bags, etc.) so recommend bringing some of the day to day basics with you. Would definitely recommend to others!

We travel to WV often to ride sxs’s and this is the nicest, cleanest place we have stayed in yet. We will be staying there again.

The place was convenient to the event I was attending in the area and the house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of kitchen items to make our meals in the evenings which was a plus for us. Would stay again if in the area. Ryan was very quick and responsive to any and all questions we had.

Quiet with great views, only minutes to town. House was very clean and had more than adequate amenities. We want to go back again!

I've never stayed anywhere nicer. From the hosts, to the hot tub, everything was exceptional. Truly grateful for the experience.

We really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. The hot tub was very enjoyable after riding and hiking. We played music on the back deck and danced and had no worries of bothering anyone. The beautiful green pastures were very appealing and calming to sit back and relax. Melissa was very responsive to our needs and requests. If we ever come back to that area, we will definitely be looking to re-book this place. Absolutely loved everything about it!

Great place with a beautiful river view out back. Kitchen is stocked with every kind of utensil or pot you would need, including a blender. The kids loved the giant bean bag and lofted walkway.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. Location was very quiet. Check in was very easy and Dale was very attentive and responsive. Excellent visit!

Charming house that truly felt like staying at Grandmom’s in the country. Large enough for a bigger family, 2 small families or a small group of friends. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of what would be needed for cooking meals. The surrounding area was beautiful. Perfect peaceful scenery for sitting on that front porch swing listening to the birds and watching calves chasing one another on the hillside. Freshly baked brownies were a thoughtful treat waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 3rd time we've rented David and Sharlene's house....which should speak for itself! Beautiful location, unbelievably comfortable and well stocked home including kitchen equipment and bath and laundry supplies, and close to everywhere you might want to go from the Creeper Trail and the Holsten River in the backyard, to the cute little winery down the street, and centrally located between Abingdon (for arts and food) and Damascus (for biking and hiking).

very quiet and relaxing. Just as everything was described and in the pictures. close to downtown and the Barter Theatre was exactly 1 mile away.

I was in the area for work and wanted to stay some place other than a motel. I saw this place and fell in love! It reminded me of home in Ky. I rented it for myself and my employees that traveled with me. We all loved it! Super clean! Very peaceful! The kitchen was fabulous! We will Definitely rent this again when we are in town for work!
