You’d be lucky to stay in this gorgeous spot overlooking Taylor’s Mistake. It’s incredibly peaceful. We had kids there and there was lots for them to do. From night time spa beneath the stars, to finding the moon on the telescope to climbing down to path to the beach’s thanks for our wonderful stay Julie and family.

Whare ataahua (beautiful home). We loved our stay. Cosy warm whare (home). Loved the weka’s. Fantastic walks and views. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

I can not rate this house more highly. It is so peaceful, with the most incredible views out every window! There was nothing better than waking up and looking out the window to the mountain range, and that evening having an incredible hot spa heated by a log fire. The house is rustic, with ever piece of furniture quirky and well chosen for the space. The bathrooms were spotless and the fire was lit ready for us when we arrived which we really appreciated. The beach is so close by, listening to the waves was my favourite thing. As a family, we absolutely adored our stay here.

The location of this home is incredible! Beautiful sunsets, close to penguins and a number of stunning beaches and hikes. Check out the baby fur seals, caves, natural spring, waterfalls and abundant bird life. Piwakawakas at every hike! Garry was very accommodating and responsive. Rent with confidence!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious house which was well equipped with everything you need. Amazing position with wonderful ocean views. Just a short stroll to view the seals sunbathing on the rocks. It was a an excellent place to stay!

Fantastische Lage mit super Blick von der Terrasse oberhalb des Oezans. Grill vorhanden, Sonnenuntergang direkt von der Terrasse einmalig. Einrichtung liebevoll und individuell, aber man sollte keinen top modernen Standard erwarten. Für uns aber voll ok, soll keine Kritik sein. Kochgelegenheit mit 2 mobilen Kochplatten, mit denen größere Gerichte etwas Kreativität verlangen. Dafür aber noch Außengrill vorhanden. Kurze, aber steile Auffahrt auf Schotter mit teilweise ausgewaschenen Rinnen. Stellt prinzipiell kein Problem dar, sollte man sich aber zutrauen. Kurze Wege zu den Pancake Rocks und Pororari River Gorge. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen.

We LOVED our stay! Having the water on our doorstep was so nice - perfect for a dip or a kayak. This was great for a quiet getaway and would be back in a heart beat 😊

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Worth every penny. It was a beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities and absolutely pristine. Would stay there again. Host was attentive fantastic knowledge sent us a message with loads of choices of things to do before we got there and we used this to plan the trip. Gave us great tips on where to eat and cannot thank them enough. Five star.

Staying at Anthea & Wayne's B&B was a delight! The clean, tidy bedroom offered stunning sunset sea views from the hill. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs for simple breakfast, and the outdoor BBQ added a lovely touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Five stars all the way!

If you are looking for a well designed and comfortable Airbnb, while away from the busyness of the town, Robynne’s Airbnb is the best fit. By saying this, it’s still convenient to go to the town, you can choose water taxi, driving or Uber (approx $40 one way). The most relaxing moment was sitting in the living room with door opened, listening the birds singing, enjoying the cool breeze and watching the falling leaves… Thanks to Robynne who was so very kind and helpful to us during our stay of 8 nights. We are sure we will come back.

This is the place when you want to hide from everithing in a unique setting. Look at the sea while having breakfast, linger on the veranda and enjoy nature, go for a kayak trip, just tuck in... Just the place to be yourself.

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

We have had the most amazing stay! The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos! View to die for from the enormous balcony, super comfortable beds, high end appliances & friendly accommodating hosts… we don’t want to leave!

We had an amazing couple of nights here…fantastic location with the beach at the doorstep and an easy walk to the petrified forest. If you’re looking for a relaxed, honest place to recharge away from it all then this is the place. Wish we’d stayed longer…

Hier ist Seele baumeln lassen angesagt. Eine toll eingerichtete (wir lieben die Badezimmer!), sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Alle nötigen Dinge wie Schampoo, Duschgel, Gewürze, Kaminholz sind vorhanden. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz und ist trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Es gab ein Master-Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer, sowie ein Schlafraum mit Etagenbetten für 1-6 Personen/Kinder im Haus. In dem kleinen Kubus / Häuschen im Garten befindet sich dann ein weiteres Master-Schlafzimmer mit TV sowie ein paar Möbel. Im Flur gibt es dann das Master-Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen in einer Kabine (einfach toll). Also perfekt für ein Paar oder 1-2 Paare mit Kinder (max. 6P). Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch, in einer Minute ist man am Strand (nahezu allein). Absolute und 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!! Cheryl tut alles dass es einem gut geht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Jade & Carla's place is in an awesome location, overlooking the bay, with easy access to the beach. We felt we could relax in a comfortable Kiwi Bach with stacks of space. Jade & Carla were great at keeping us up to date with everything.

Wir waren als Familie zu dritt in dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ganz besonders ist die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand und das Ambiente der Einrichtung. Das Team von bookahome war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

Great house, very private, nicely furnished, comfortable. Great kitchen facilities, washing machine, Lovely location, great walks to cafes and restaurants. Supermarket close by via car. Spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive.

We loved this Air BnB - the space was exactly what we needed for our family of 3. It was beautifully set out and super clean! The veggie garden was a nice surprise, there were lots of basics in the pantry to use etc. The hot tub was fab too! Jo was really responsive and helped us with a couple of small things we needed - thanks! Location to town was great - 5 minute drive. You can also walk via a private walkway to a pub with good food in 5 minutes. Just one thing to be aware of if you have small children - in the garden it leads onto a stream/river and there is no gate. It shouldn’t stop you going but kids will need supervising there. Highly recommend this place!
