Här kan man njuta av klippbad och vackra solnedgångar. Badbrygga finns 50 meter från huset. Villan har tre sovrum med dubbelsängar, tre badrum, stort kök med alla befogenheter och ett mysigt vardagsrum.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

This lovely Oceanfront villa, suitable for 6 people, is a luxurious place and it has a splendid location and is directly situated by the archipelago of Stockholm/ Gustavsberg in Värmdö. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

In scenic Vikingshill in Saltsjö-Boo, about 25 minutes drive from Stockholm City, is our renovated house with ocean view. The house is situated in a quiet and leafy residential area with a lot of history. A couple of minutes walk will take you to Velamsund's nature reserve with running tracks, riding school, restaurant, outdoor space and swimming area. Walk 15-20 minutes to the ferry that takes you out in the archipelago or to Stockholm city.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
