Svært spesielt og gjennomført tømmerhus i setesdalstil. Huset har strandlinje mot Otra og spektakulær utsikt mot Reiårsfossen som ligger like ved. Lag en god middag på det store kjøkkenet i huset eller se om ungene tør å bade i den litt kalde elva. Ta bilen opp eller nedover Setesdalen og besøk ulike action-attraksjoner eller opplev utsikten og stillheten oppe på heia. Om kvelden kan dere nyte fuglesang og sove i innebygde, rosemalte senger. NB: Vi fikser oftest fri/fleksibel inn- og utsjekk!

The Stable, 1700s log cabin by the lake with sauna

A small log cabin on a historic crofter's farm by Follsjø – a lake for swimming and fishing. The Stable sits slightly tucked away from the four other timber buildings on the property, surrounded by a wildflower meadow and grazing sheep. A newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet is in the barn, just 15 metres away. Outside, a lovely seating area with a grill awaits. The area is made for hiking, fishing, swimming and quiet days. Canoes at your own risk; wood-fired sauna available to rent.

Cosy cabin in Rauland at lake Totak

Cosy cabin with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.

Mulighet å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue til en hyggelig spa opplevelse mot ekstra betaling. Det er rettelagt en enkel utekjøkken på selve naturcampen og biologiske toaletter i området. Gratis lån av robåt I nærmeste innsjø, hvor er fiskemuligheter. Fjellklatring. Mange turløyper i Åseral. Hund ok

Vi bor i ett av husa og leier i tillegg ut ei hytte og leiligheten i overetasjen på AIRBNB. («Rofshus2» og «Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun») Uteplass med bord, stoler og grill. Flott utsikt over Totak og fjellene. 5 min å kjøre til sentrum med butikker og oppkjørte langrennsløyper. 10 min til skisentre. God WIFI. Flotte turmuligheter sommerstid. Lader for elbil 5 min unna.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation with a panoramic view and enjoy the many possibilities that our lovingly furnished house offers. Get active by skiing, boating, biking, climbing, fishing, hiking and swimming. From the house you have a wonderful view of the Nisser. The Nisser with a length of 35 kilometers is located in the heart of southern Norway and is the largest lake in Telemark.

Glem bekymringene dine på dette romslige og fredelige stedet. Egen plen og bålpanne. Ca 100-150 m fra huset har du tilgang til badeplass, båt, volleyballbane, lekeplass og fotballbane. Rulleskiløype på 1 km og skiløyper på 2,3,5,10 og 25 km rett nedenfor huset. Joker, bensinstasjon og kafeteria med pub i gåavstand. Stedet ligger ca 20 -30 min fra Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland og Seljord.
