This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

We are located on 1.5 miles of private Bulkley River frontage and world class fishing. It is 5 minute walk to the river. This is a quiet rural setting 10 minutes to Smithers. The neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful views and great walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. Great for couples, families w children, solo, business travellers and perfect for fishermen . The suite has a private entrance, clean and comfy. This clean, bright and newly built laneway house is the perfect home base for your visit to the Bulkley Valley! A vintage inspired living space is completely private and features a nearly 100 year old 6' cast-iron clawfoot tub. The house is walking distance to local breweries, restaurants, nature trails and everything you need for a long and comfortable stay. Located on a quite ally, the house is separated from the main house by a large privacy screen.

Mountain View Home in Downtown Smithers

Half a block from Main Street, this home is the perfect place to unwind in front of our gas fireplace. Guests are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and breweries. For persons with mobility issues, it is three steps up to enter and then one level living. The shower is located inside of the bedroom, which can work for couples and young families but it is not a fit for two couples. We have a smart tv for streaming services but no cable service.

It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family of 4 or friends. Kids under 3 stay free. The kitchenette is stocked for your first couple of breakfasts, including daily fresh eggs.
