Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

Feel at Home at the Highlander Center

Welcome to our three bedroom, two bath apartment in downtown Hawesville, Kentucky. It is tucked away in the back of a building that used to be the local school's bus garage. The mattresses are memory foam (Nectar), 42 inch smart TVs in every bedroom, and a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer will make your stay more enjoyable. Free parking that is next to the entry door and lit by a street light. Free Wifi.

Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Owensboro and popular attractions such as the Convention Center, Bluegrass Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Jack C. Fisher Park.

Close enough to the downtown area to walk to everything.

Cozy One Bedroom Apartment in the Country

What was originally a hay loft has been converted into a country chic barn apartment. We would love to host you and your friends and family (including actual kids and fur kids) on our property. We are only an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park and an hour from Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. The local community has charming little shops, several restaurants, and The Beaver Dam amphitheater.
