We have two spacious, comfortable studio units tucked privately away in a garden setting on our 1400sqm property close to Whitianga's upgraded town centre, marina, supermarkets and The Warehouse. Beach, estuary, cafés, bars and eateries are also handy - everything is approximately within a 10-15 minute walk. The units have ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, Freeview TV, free wi-fi, a queen bed, indoor-outdoor flow with a garden outlook. Guest parking on-site.

Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

Fantail Studio

Our light and cosy studio is situated under our house with its own entrance and is equipped with all you might need for a comfortable stay including continental breakfast. You can sit outside undercover and enjoy an al fresco breakfast. There is a pool table and darts for you to waste time on. All good fun. We love friendly Thames with its unique shops and cafes and hope that you will enjoy it too. Thames is ideally situated for exploring the Coromandel and the northern Waikato.

Cozy on Cook (Back of Property)

BACK OF PROPERTY – Cozy on Cook Enjoy a quiet, self-contained studio at the back of the property, offering a more secluded stay with a private enclosed deck. Just a short walk to the hot mineral Lost Springs and the town centre and waterfront. Geoff's Pad in Thames

Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

Hideaway by the Sea (Dogs welcome)

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.

Spacious Beach Unit Sea-views Couples &/or Guests

Cute, comfy warm 2-beddie self contained downstairs flat. Sea views, flat lawn, retro 70's Kiwiana space. Hosts have paid attention with larger comfy beds and quality furnishings. Short walk to child friendly safe Brophy’s beach. Quiet, private, warm, safe, secure, on-site hosts for questions. A great base to see all Coromandel. Kayaks, undercover BBQ to use. A fun place to stay, definitely not perfect in every sense.

Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
