The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Great for a longer stay. Really good kitchen, we had tons of fun cooking and being creative in the kitchen. Host was friendly and kind. There are many grocery stores in a short walks distance, indoor bike parking that is not underground and a fresh fruit and veg market very near by. We enjoyed exploring the area with a friendly and kind host helping us.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus von Trangs Eltern. Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön, Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, ein riesiges Balkon mit Pflanzen war perfekt für eine Kaffeepause. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Wir wurden auch einmal zum Essen eingeladen was richtig schön war. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert, wenn man ein ruhiges Zimemr außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum sucht, aber auch die Gegend hat sehr viel zu bieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen.

I really liked the location and Bich Hanh was communicative and all the family was friendly. The room was a bit bigger than I expected based on the photos, which was a nice bonus!

Ngoc was very friendly and helpfull and really nice host and the apartment was great!

Van and her sister Nhummie were very nice hosts. Nhummie who was mainly in charge of the place was a very easy person to get along with and talk to. Her other longtime guests and friends were easy to be around with. Nhummie was very nice to me in giving me her leftover lunch on the first day that I came to her place. Provided basic necessities like oil, as well as other things to cook my food with like the rice cooker. This environment felt like home away from home because of this. Room was very spacious. Bathroom had enough room to take a shower in. Washer was very good in washing the clothing. Detergent was provided. Basic things were provided like shampoo if I needed it. No bath towels, of course that is okay with me since I already have my own towels. Didn't need a lot of these necessities since I had my own. The only things were that the location was inconvienient through no fault of the hosts and the faucet for the bathroom sink was too slow.

Xena was an amazing host! kind and compassionate. On the day I arrived, I had just been discharged from the hospital, and she graciously allowed me to check in early due to the difficult situation I was in. During my stay, I was disabled, and the security guards were incredibly helpful and kind as well. The place looks exactly like the pictures, with great internet and everything clean and well-maintained. My stay at Xena's was truly wonderful. Thank you for all your kindness!

Good location, spacious space, everything as described in pictures. I stayed there for 2 weeks and have no complaints. For such price, it is very recommended.

While somewhat far from the main attractions of the city, the accomodations are otherwise very agreeable - despite a bit of a language barrier between the host, they were nevertheless very helpful and considerate.

I must say one if the best airbnb in the city! Best for a family visiting vietnam. The host was amazing made us feel right at home! Van and her daughter was fantastic they accomodated last minute request of arranging surprise anniversary party for my wife! And they made it thoughtful with lovely decoration and food

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

베트남 살고 있습니다. 주말에 하노이 나갈 때 보통 호텔 이요하는데 이번엔 애어비앤비를 이용했고 만족스럽네요. 당연히, 호텔이 아니기에 필수는 아니지만 헤어드라이기가 있으면 좋을 것 같단 생각은 했습니다. 이상입니다!

Trải nghiệm rất tốt. Phòng được vệ sinh sạch sẽ, đẹp như trong hình ảnh. Hỗ trợ từ phía chủ nhà tốt, chu đáo và thân thiện.

everything is great, easy to check in, the apt is nice and the bed is so comfy. Right at the Vincom mall, so it's so convenient. Definitely recommended!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Tran's apartment. It is well designed and located in a great location where you can easily access to restaurants, shopping mall, gym and much more. On top of that, the host is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Tran's apartment to anyone looking for a place like home in Hanoi.
