Welcome! This is a private guesthouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations are with a private entrance and parking space to make you feel at home. We are located near a major expressway. We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

Fiu University is just a 5-minute drive away.Our backyard is shared with us,and a beautiful koi pond!

Notre efficacité - un petit appartement - fait partie de notre maison mais elle est totalement privée et dispose d'une entrée indépendante. Elle est située au sud-ouest de Miami dans une région appelée Kendall. En location, il comprend une chambre avec un lit double et un séjour avec un canapé lit double. Il comprend également TV, WiFi, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière etc. (n'a pas de cuisine complète). Nous sommes très proches du Turnpike pour vous déplacer facilement autour de Miami.

The room sleeps up to 4 guests in a bunk bed consisting of 2 twin beds and a full size bed on the lower level. Room has a TV, mini-fridge, & access to an outdoor area to enjoy the great lake view. There is an additional $20 per person per night fee for more than 2 guests. Note: there is no kitchen access therefore no cooking on premises. Miami Beach = 26 miles Miami Airport = 19 miles
