Single Room to let in Clean House

Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Cozy room with a single bed. Ideal for a professional looking for a quiet place for a short stay during busy working time or for a short break in London. Safe and quiet location while very central, minutes away from the underground and the overground station, and bus stop just outside the door. FREE WIFI, and complimentary toiletries. Basic breakfast supplies will be provided. There are a communal kitchen and dining area and garden that can be accessed. Covid safety measurements are in place.

Delux Double bedroom with private bathroom .

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

Single room, breakfast, excellent transport, wifi

Enjoy bed & breakfast in a friendly household, happy to advise on the best way to get around town and recommend local pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We're in Zone 2. The room is ideal for one. (We also offer a single/double with a private bath). We're in quiet street, close to excellent transport options, with no pets. Our neighbourhood is 'vibrantly diverse', safe, with fast connections to sights & shops in the centre. You can walk to the Thames & huge Westfield shopping mall.

London Victorian Whole House-GREENWICH/ O2

We are letting our lovely Victorian family home which sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 3rd family bathroom in a lovely Victorian Terrace situated in a beautiful quiet street in Greenwich, there is a fabulous open park space opposite within 1 minute. The home is newly renovated with a large kitchen/diner and a small city garden. The house is about 15 mins walk to Greenwich Park and the Village, O2 and Riverside walks and Cutty sark are all nearby. The tube is in zone 2.

A simple room at Denmark Hill

Welcome. Come and stay with us for a while in our small London apartment set within a quiet and friendly development. We are located in London Zone 2 with good public transport links to central London. This is a very safe area to walk around at night. Your bedroom has a small bolt lock, a wardrobe, a really comfy single bed, hairdryer, mirror and umbrella (just in case). We will provide you with fluffy towels and you help yourself to breakfast, water, tea and coffee when you wish.

A Little Home in the Heart of Greenwich

My one-bedroom flat is perfectly situated in the heart of historic Greenwich, a short stroll to the Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum, Royal Naval College & Observatory. And don’t forget leafy Greenwich Park! You’re spoilt for choice with pubs & restaurants too. I know and love the area, so will be happy to give local recommendations. For venturing further, you’re within minutes of the train station, two DLR stations AND the boats of course.

Very central room in London

A home for. CAT LOVERS 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ We love our home and Im sure you will too, we have a very cosy space with plenty of public transport to travel around London . We have a cat Sace lovely and grumpy. London as any big city can be noisy and specially if it’s hot and have the window open in the room you may notice the traffic earplugs provided in the first drawer.
