A stones throw from the Fal Estuary and a 10 minute walk into the bustling and vibrant town centre, 15 mins to the train station and regular bus routes pass the door. Numerous eateries and pubs and shops are only a short walk from Herons Rest.

As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

Perfect for a quiet stay. The lounge has all the comforts of home, with stunning views and large internet TV. There is a dining table to seat four.

With an open plan layout your balcony, lounge, dining space and kitchen area all share the tranquil marine views just a few metres below. This apartment is part of the ‘Harbour’s Reach’ building which comprises just six exclusive apartments situated on one of Falmouth’s historic quaysides. A quiet quayside location with shops, cafe's and bars just around the corner.

Central Falmouth Annex + Cosy Winter Sauna (£15ph)

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Castle Beach where you will find a small take away cafe with outdoor seating. In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Step straight outside into the town’s vibrant centre, with independent shops, restaurants, cafés and the harbour all moments away. Beaches, coastal walks and ferry links are just a short stroll, making it the perfect base to explore everything Falmouth has to offer.
