Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. We set the place up for our own family and hope you will enjoy it with yours. Business travelers will find it an easy home-base. Only 5 miles from DCA. Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Have fun with our turntable and vintage vinyl. Hop on the Metro or jump on the highway, but you won't know they are there. Relax by hundreds of native plants, the backyard waterfall and fire pit.
