Spacious 1 bed flat available for short lets in the Mitcham area. The flat has a large comfy bedroom, living room, fully functioning kitchen and a bathroom. The flat has recently been decorated with clean neutral style and colours. It creates a peaceful environment to work and live in. It has a Nest thermostat. It is barely 5 minutes walk to the Mitcham Eastfields station. Trains go to Balham, Clapham Junction (12 minutes), Victoria (20 minutes), Elephant and Castle and Kings Cross.

Our place is perfect for couples, familes or small group of friends, dogs are also welcome. Place is located 2 minutes from beautiful Crystal Palace park. There are 3 train stations, 10 minutes walk which take you in 30 minutes to central London. There is a large bedroom, sofa bed in other room and on request we can add single bed in the bedroom.Place is spacious, peaceful and full of character. Bathroom has shower and a bath. We have small gym in the bedroom with weights and a bar.
