The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Watch the Swans over your morning coffee from the patio, launch those kayaks right from our front yard, or throw that fishing line in off the shared dock (shallow). 3 Br - Queen, 2 Queen Bunks, Queen master 2.5 Bath

Our home, named “Twin Peaks” was built in 1890, relocated to Grenell Island in 1920 and has been lovingly restored for today’s conveniences. Our cottage faces the main channel for excellent ship watching and has water views from every room!

Come relax in Buck Bay. Our family cottage is situated right on the water in a private, peaceful bay with beautiful views. We are accessible only by private boat or water taxi, about 4 miles from Clayton, NY & Gananoque, Ontario. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2-4 children or young adults. Recently updated furniture & linens, washer, dryer and more! The boathouse has about 4-8 feet of water depth and room for 2 boats. There is a swim float 30’ from shore. @rive_hospitality

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
