The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Boat launch and marina only 1 mile away. 3 miles to Clayton and 7 miles to Alexandria Bay. Sleeps 6. 1 king bedroom 2 queen bedroom Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas grill and patio furniture. Heat and AC, electric fireplace. Washer and Dryer. Linens and towels provided.

Several boat rental/ free launch options near by Spacious home with plenty of sleeping, outdoor seating, and yard for games and activities. New for 2025 we have redone the floor and added new appliences.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Fish right off the lower deck, or dock, then grill your catch and enjoy dinner at the picnic table on the upper deck. Kayak, or float on a tube across the calm water. In warm weather you can swim, fish, and go 4-wheeling.
