The kitchen features soapstone counters and a reclaimed-wood island. Private bedroom includes a California king, walk-in closet, hickory hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and an individual thermostat for the second floor to keep you comfortable. Enjoy the high-end finishes of our spa-like carrara marble bathroom that features a rain shower head and bench. The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. Go for a run along the paved San Antonio River trail and enjoy the scenic views. Ask us about our favorite spots! San Antonio offers multiple ways to get around. In addition to walking to many restaurants and attractions, there are bike rentals through Uber Jump bikes and scooters from an assortment of companies, as well as, short Uber and Lyft rides.

This property is located on Old Hwy 90, near the Castroville post office. 960 sq ft of space featuring a king bed in one bedroom, a twin trundle in another and a futon in the center bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen and a spacious bathroom. This converted garage sits on the same property as Casa Arroyo. Outdoor space is shared with other guests who may be staying in the main house.

The Studio - King William/Southtown

The Studio, a soaring, light filled, loft-style space located behind our 103 year old bungalow. It has a private entrance and parking space. It's a block from the San Antonio Riverwalk and has numerous walkable pathways for enjoying dining, art, and historic San Antonio sites. Downtown San Antonio is a 20 minute walk through historic King William or along the Riverwalk.

The Mathis House, a spacious 2 bedroom home

The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.
