Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 25 Minutes East of Thunder Bay on a 3.61 acres of land 2.2 km off the 11/17. I live next door about 60 feet away on the property also. But you only see me if you msg or need something. I'm usually in the back acre doing firewood or working on something if home. This property is next to the train tracks & crossing is about 150 feet away so you hear the two long honks two short and one long before they cross just a fYI ones at 4:20 in the morning

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is in a great location. Both hospitals are not more then a 5 min drive. While the down town core is only 7 minute drive, which includes the marina and restaurants and patios. This house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two living rooms both with cable and Chrome cast. It offers a spacious kitchen with all the amenities for you foodies out there. Also after those long days enjoy the deck and a soak in the hot tub. Make your self at home.

Toiletries, linens, coffee/tea, propane, H2O, firewood provided.
