great place for family! Jonathan & Cindy are very flexible and allow us for flexible and late checkout (12pm) . we will definitely stay at their place next time!

We are experienced Airbnb travelers, and it’s easy to say that Beverlee’s place ranks among the very best experiences we’ve had over the years. Not only is her home exceptional, but Beverlee herself is an absolute gem—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming. This was our second stay, and without a doubt, we’ll be back for a third!

The definition of a five star stay. We loved our week at Alix’s place and had a memorable time in PB! Special shoutout for the super comfortable beds, amazing water pressure in the shower, and fully stocked beach materials (towels, chairs, coolers). Alix was super responsive and flexible the whole stay. We will be back to the cottage!

My first time doing Air bnb & Bruce definitely made first experience wonderful. Very responsive and friendly and welcoming. Beautiful home. Had everything you can think of !!

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

Great place to explore, Puerto Nuevo, Rosarito, and Ensenada. Right off the beach, beautiful views.

Jill was such an incredible host, very quick to respond to any all inquiries. The location itself couldn’t have been any better walking distance to everything North Park had to offer and it’s down the street from balboa park. Thanks again for such an amazing stay

Fantastic host, good value given that it was a conference period. House was comfortable and generally safe with safe streets. Well connected to an interchange w all 3 tram lines 10 mins walk away. Streets have a couple of homeless nearby but they aren’t harmful Also, importantly quiet and aaay from the gas lamp nightlife for those that treasure a good nights rest

Everything was great! Would recommend to anyone visiting San Diego wanting to be close to downtown :)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming guest suite above the Nicole’s home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease—so warm, friendly, and helpful, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. The space itself was exactly as pictured: beautifully styled, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the personal touches and how approachable and genuine our host was. If we ever find ourselves in San Diego again, we’d absolutely love to return! Thank you Nicole :’)

LussoStay was the perfect place for my husband and me during our time in San Diego! The apartment was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and located in a very walkable area. While the building was in the process of updating its lock system which caused a couple of minor hiccups LussoStay was incredibly responsive, and the building staff were helpful and friendly, so everything was quickly resolved. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Crystal was great! She was responsive and provided flexible check in and check out times. The Airbnb was spacious and each room had their own bathroom. It was the perfect Airbnb for our stay. Highly recommend! Will be re-booking if we have another group vacation!

Chris was an amazing host! He had some great tipps and hidden spots in san diego, which definietly made the stay much better! Also the location was perfect to discover San Diego and the beach is maybe 7 minutes away from the appartement

Everything from start to finish was perfect. From booking, to instructions, to furnishings and everything was as described. We loved it and will do it again when we are back in the area. If you are looking for a charming place to stay this is the place. On site laundry and private parking as well. You can’t go wrong here!

El establecimiento cuenta con todo, para que no sufras! Precio, limpieza, más grande de lo que parece, todo es realmente lindo! Agua caliente, gas, utensilios! Altamente recomendable! Piensan en ayudarte hasta el más mínimo detalle! Nos tocó ayuda del amable javier, y nos dejó sin palabras! Que agradable es la estancia cuando te recibe gente como el! Simplemente sin palabras! A true bnb on airbnb. Ann made sure I settled in alright and was a lovely host. The space is private, has a private entrance, and parking available. A yummy breakfast was provided in the morning and that was such a treat. I’d love to stay here again whenever I’m back in SD. Thank you Ann!

The space was so pretty and cozy that I felt great from the first day I arrived! Deborah was so kind and welcoming from start to finish. She also served fresh fruit, coffee, and bread every morning, which was delicious! I would love to come back next time I visit San Diego!

Incredibly charming bed and breakfast in an amazing location! Walkable to Hillcrest and just a short drive to many of the best spots in San Diego. The actual house is cozy and charming, everything you need for a home base exploring the city. There is also dedicated parking which is very convenient. Ann is an incredibly kind host, very welcoming and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay (including amazing recommendations). Highly recommend!

Mi amiga y yo no hablamos mucho inglés , el primer día tuvimos un mal entendido en cuanto a lo que nosotros queríamos decir y lo que ella pudo entender ( Solo queríamos corroborar que todo estuviera como enl las fotos para dejarlo de la misma manera cuando nos fuéramos) y en ese momento sentimos que ella reacciono un poco confundida a la situación y desde ahí sentimos que no fuimos mucho de su agrado . por nuestra parte tratamos de ser cordiales solamente para lo necesario y ella también . Recomendamos que si no hablas bien ingles lo consideres antes. Por lo demás todo fue perfecto, y el desayuno continental es un plus que le da puntos a lugar . Solo por ese detalle en la comunicación todo lo demás estuvo excelente.

Ann is a very sweet and friendly host and makes you feel very welcome. The rental is a traditional bed and breakfast and is centrally located right in the heart of San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood. I hope to stay again next time I spend a weekend in San Diego.
