Private & Secluded! This famous river & writing retreat, built based on nature's Fibonacci Sequence, was designed by architect Will Martin. It's hosted writers such as Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild". Located on 22 acres & privately situated on a beautiful river in the midst of a true PNW woodland. Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Cozy 1920's cottage. Two person occupancy limit, no exceptions. No children please. No Pets. On the west bank of the Necanicum River. A short stroll to Broadway and Seaside's famous Turnaround. Park your car and enjoy the easy old fashioned beach town of Seaside. Step back in time when summers were endless and every day brought new adventures. Saltwater taffy, ice cream, elephant ears, pronto pup, caramel corn, biking on the prom, sunbathing in the dunes, beachcombing and birdwatching.

End of The Road - 4 Night Minimum

End Of The Road is a rustic family cabin perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with the wooded hills of Oswald West State Park rising behind. Hand built in the late 1950's by the current owners, this 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin includes a wood stove, hot tub and washer/dryer. The location is a dramatic and stunningly wild spot. There is little sense of other human presence. Dogs are welcome with an Additional Services Fee of $25 per night, per dog: limit 2. Sorry, no cats.

This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

Puffin Place is a 320 sqft studio located two streets from the beach. Walking distance to Fresh Foods grocery and multiple restaurants. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and neutral tones make the space the perfect combination of bright and cozy. On chilly days, curl up next to the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows. The queen bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.

Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean.
