One of the property's standout features is its expansive shared deck overlooking the beach, with direct access to the sandy shore below. There are two small bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, you can start your day with an artisanal latte at the beloved Blue Agate Cafe just a block away, or savor an unforgettable dinner at the nearby Roseanna's, a mere two doors down. Nature lovers will delight in Oceanside's unique coastal features. During low tide, explore fascinating tide pools hidden around the rocky outcropping. Year-round, enjoy the mesmerizing sight of waves crashing against the majestic Three Arch Rocks. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.
