Zona în care este amplasat blocul este o zonă exclusivistă, liniștită, apartamentul făcând parte dintr-un complex nou și modern, recent construit. De asemenea, există și un loc de parcare oferit clienților.

Apartamentul este dotat cu: -bucătărie complet utilată cu cele necesare: plită electrică, cuptor, mașină de spălat vase, frigider, aparat de cafea și veselă. -sufragerie open space în care oaspeții se pot bucura de un film, pe o canapea confortabilă, la un televizor Smart -dormitor cu pat matrimonial -baie cu cabină de duș și mașină de spălat rufe cu uscător.

Studio 10 in Villa Veronica is designed after the lower ground British flats, enjoying a private patio facing south and the courtyards. It is bright, furnished with modern items & lightning, soft bedding and towels. It has a generous bathroom with a bathtub and a well equipped kitchen. Its unique due to its private patio, with glass doors shadowed by beautiful wooden shutters. As our guests often check-in/out during the night, we offer water, coffee and tea, milk and little bites, on the house.

This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette.
