We had a peaceful stay at Peggy's Bicycle House. It was just what we needed for our long Thanksgiving weekend away from home. The place was just as described. It was easy to get into. Peggy's directions were easy to follow and got us there without any issues. Peggy communicated well. She was available for any needs we had. The place was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable with clean fresh linens. There were snacks available, which was a sweet touch. I would definitely stay at The Bicycle House again. Thanks for making our stay stress free and comfortable!

It was beautiful. The sunsets and lake were great. We caught a few fish off the dock. Lots of fun.

Had a great stay at this adorable home near Lake Monticello/Bob Sandlin. Easy entry with a keypad. The property was beautifully maintained with lots of room to spread out and relax, the house itself was exactly as pictured. Very peaceful area that is off the beaten path. Host was friendly, and communicative. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing escape near Mt Pleasant. About 20 min to either the interstate or main town area.

This was our second stay at this property. Our group loved it first time and we enjoyed even more this time as more amenities have been added, particularly pickle ball court and large jacuzzi. Property is very well maintained and clean.

We love the place so much we are going back in the next couple of weeks very clean and and beautiful surroundings

This home was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this home for any stays on Lake Bob Sandlin we do intend to come back.

This place is beautiful and SO homey! It was the perfect weekend getaway spot to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! Little did I know, I’d be leaving with a FIANCÉ! He popped the question out on the dock, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the lake! Lauren was very friendly and helpful! We had lot of fun playing ping pong and table hockey when we weren’t fishing. We will DEFINITELY be back in the future!🤍

This was our 3rd year staying at Kimberlea’s home and, as usual, it was more than PERFECT!! She is an outstanding host who goes the extra mile to make sure her guests have everything they could need for a restful and relaxing stay. We’ll be back next Fall for sure!

The stay was peaceful and so enjoyable. Beautiful view out large den window! The bed was VERY comfortable, and all the amenities you need are supplied. Lauree is one of a kind, though!! To allow us to bring our dogs at no extra cost, was beyond amazing! It was a fun and relaxing vacation! We would recommend this property to anyone!❤️

This place was great!! Check in was very easy. It was clean and the upstairs loft was perfect for our two boys! They had so much fun playing the Xbox! The lake was beautiful at sunset, and my husband was able to dock his boat without any problems. The linens on the bed were so cozy!!! We will be back!!

It was so nice of them to let us stay in their home. I felt like I was at home when I first got in there we were able to heal a little bit and breathe. We needed this time. Also thank you for the delicious muffins.

Erica’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location - right on the lake! My family and I enjoyed walking along the shore looking for seashells and playing in the water. Nice sandy bottom. It was nice to sit out by the fire and make s’mores. Inside is nice and clean. Spacious enough for our family of 5. Approximately 30 minutes from downtown Jefferson, Caddo Lake (we took a boat tour leaving out of Uncertain, TX), and Longview. Erica’s very responsive. We had some difficulties getting the fire table started on our first night and she sent her neighbor to help us the following morning (I didn’t message her about the fire table until 10pm the night before so I appreciated her getting someone out to help us so quickly). Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay, Erica!

Such a great place to stay, I am so glad that I found it! Lisa was friendly, quick to respond, and accommodated all of our needs. This place was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend, and we hope to return again in the future.

The home was absolutely incredible—spacious, spotless, and tucked away in a beautiful, private setting with plenty to do nearby. Sherry was an outstanding host—communicative, helpful, and incredibly understanding. This AirBnB had everything you could possibly need or want, plus a few thoughtful extras you wouldn’t even think of. I genuinely have no complaints. The only minor hiccup was finding the right house at first—the side facing the street wasn’t the front entrance, which threw me off a bit. But the locals were amazing and really helped us out, even sharing info on local events. If you’re looking for a peaceful lake getaway, this place is a hidden gem—and for the price, it’s hard to beat. I’d absolutely come back!
