Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

We had a fabulous stay at this jewel of an apartment. The view was absolutely breathtaking & truly magnificent. Watching the Parliament light up at night while boats glided along the river was pure magic. It felt like the city was putting on a private show just for us. Mesmerizing in every way. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Wohnung :) Wirklich schöne Lage etwas außerhalb, aber gut zu erreichen. Toller Balkon mit Abendsonne!

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

We booked this stay for our employees on a business trip, and everything was perfect. The host was very communicative and friendly, which made organizing the stay easy and pleasant. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable environment for our team. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would gladly book again for future business travel. Baráti társasággal voltunk. Nagyon szép, tiszta és otthonos a ház. Csodálatos a kilátás. A tulajdonosok kedvesek, barátságosak, rugalmasak. Családdal is szeretnék majd visszatérni :)

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

It was our first time in Hungary and we were delighted! Our Hosts, represented by the lovely and friendly Lea, created a perfect place for rest and relaxation: relatively close to the lake and nice restaurants, but at the same time far from the hustle and bustle - and only an hour's drive from Budapest! The house, which we visited in mid-April, is located in the middle of greenery. During the day it delights with views, a swimming pool and a cat, which has become part of our family - and at night... with the singing of a nightingale! We left there relaxed and with our nervous systems regulated. :) Thank you for a wonderful time!

So freundlich, entgegennehmend und unkompliziert! Trotzdem sauber und seriös! Wir sind kurzfristig doch 2 Personen weniger gewesen und janka hat mich selbstständig darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich die buchung ändern kann, damit es billiger wird für uns. Ich will unbedingt wieder kommen!!!

Daniel je veľmi komunikatívny a priatelsky. Všetky informácie o pobyte nam vopred komunikoval a ponukal svoje služby počas celého pobytu. Pobyt sme si s priateľmi užívali v nadherne zariadenom vidieckom dome v kľudnej záhrade. Skvele posedenie na pekne zariadenej terase. Využili sme bohatú sieť cyklotrás na výlety. Jeden z najkrajších pobytov, ktorý sme so skupinou priateľov doposial absolvovali. Odporúčam všetkým , ktorí si chcú užiť pokojný oddych na prekrásnom mieste v dotyku s Balatonom. Verím, že ešte sa tam určite niekedy vrátime.

sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Für 8 Leute optimal. Aber etwas weiter weg von den Hotspots.

Great stay! Very close to everything. There was construction out front when we stayed, but they didn’t start until late so it was very quiet. Would stay here again

Au delà de la propreté du logement et du rooftop où il est agréable de se poser en fin de journée, la situation géographique est parfaite !! Il est possible de prendre un délicieux brunch à 2 pas de l'appartement, il est proche des trams et metros à prendre pour partir sillonner la ville...bref, un point de chute idéale 🤩 Enfin, la réactivité de l'hôte avant et pendant le séjour est remarquable!!

The apartment and the location were fantastic. Very comfortable and close to all attractions. The host is super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

Excellent apartment, close to public transportation and within walking distance to Buda castle. George is a great host and we would definitely recommend his house!

Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation der Linie 2. Also alles war darüber gut zu erreichen. Es gab ausreichend Frühstückscafés in der Nähe und wir konnten zu Fuß auf die Burg gehen. Es gab einen Spar am U-Bahnhof und einen tollen Blick auf das beleuchtete Parlament. Es ist wunderbar einfach, überall (!!!) mit der Karte zu bezahlen.

Wir können nur gutes über Andrea und die Unterkunft sagen. Wenn wir Budapest wieder besuchen, werden wir definitiv wieder über Andrea buchen. Einfach und empfehlenswert!

I stayed here for nearly a month and had a great experience. The apartment is newly built, clean, and very affordable. It’s located in a modern development along the river, with easy access to local shops and coffee spots, which added a lot of convenience. Getting to the city center was a breeze with electric scooters from mobile apps, super quick and simple. It struck a perfect balance between a peaceful location and easy access to everything Budapest has to offer. The space itself is just right for one or two people, comfortable, tidy, and thoughtfully designed.
